1. Purpose
This Refund Policy aims to provide clarity and assurance to members regarding their Membership Fees in the Deferred Registration Plan.
It ensures that no member is disadvantaged if the target membership is not reached within the predefined timeframe.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Members who have paid the one-time membership fee are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The target membership of 2,500 members is not achieved from the date of the initial payment.
- The request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days after the expiration of the predefined timeframe.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, members must follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Members must submit a written request for a refund via email or through the member portal, clearly stating their intention and providing necessary details (e.g., membership ID, date of payment).
- Confirmation of Eligibility: The request will be reviewed to confirm eligibility based on the conditions outlined in Section 2.
- Processing Time: Once eligibility is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Refund Amount
- The refund amount will be equal to the total membership fee paid, minus any applicable transaction fees incurred during the payment process (if any).
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Members voluntarily choose to withdraw or discontinue their participation in the Deferred Registration Plan before the target membership is reached.
- The member fails to submit a refund request within the specified timeframe outlined in Section 2.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
- The company reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance through official channels (e.g., email, member portal).
